We give 2 years Aftercare Servicing for FREE with all new bikes sold in store worth up to £1200, contact us for details.
Initially your ebike should be serviced from when it is first assembled, it would then require a follow up service between 2-12 weeks or 450miles, whichever comes first. Then we would expect your ebike to be serviced at least once a year or every 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. For some customers more regular servicing may be required, If you are unsure please call in with your ebike for more information.
Our service centre is fully equipped and we have the latest training for the eBike systems we sell. We service and repair ALL makes of electric bike that use the Bosch eBike system, we also service all Haibike, Lapierre and Raleigh electric bikes. Wherever you may have purchased your eBike from we are here to help. We also can sell you a service plan if you have purchased your electric bike elsewhere.
