Who we are and what we do

We are a family business that started selling conventional bicycles in 1948 and eBikes in 1996. This makes us the oldest electric bike shop in the country! We are delighted to have over 2 million satisfied customers!

We offer the highest levels of service and the best quality electric bikes available. Our portfolio includes market leading Haibike, Raleigh & Lapierre electric bikes. We also service ANY make of electric bicycle that use the esteemed Bosch eBike System. We were the first Bosch eBike Expert Dealer in the South and have full servicing & diagnostics capability on site.

To give you the best eBike experience we only sell fully assembled and serviced eBikes for collection from our Shoreham store. We have a great selection of eBikes to choose and buy, and all our electric bikes come with 2 years Aftercare Servicing included in the price. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service.

Why I am passionate about eBikes

I ride electric mountain bikes myself and have done so since 2013. It helped me to lose weight, explore the beautiful South Downs National Park and see more in a shorter time period. The buzz you get from riding an ebike doesn’t get old. I still grin from ear to ear when I push down on the pedals and the motor kicks in. It’s like having three times more power with every pedal stroke. What’s not to like? I wouldn’t go back to a normal bike since owning an electric mountain bike (emtb) as I believe I have a better all body workout riding a heavier machine than a lighter unpowered bicycle. eMTB is still a relatively new sport in the UK and it’s worth investing in the right bike for your needs.
